Broadway Junior Theatre Class - Spring 2023

Students will audition, rehearse and perform a full-length play, learn the process from audition to performance, and develop rehearsal techniques and professional theatre etiquette.

Classes are 60 mins long and will include instruction in singing, dancing, and acting. Every child enrolled participates as a cast member! Your child will learn to develop their speech, how to use eye contact, body language and the joy of storytelling using their body and their voice. Confidence and communication will grow as they work within an ensemble to create a magical world of their own, a place where dreams really do come true!

At the end of the 10-week session, students will showcase what they’ve learned for family and friends at a special performance.

Show Title will be announced after the first day of classes.

Class Fee: $75 - One time fee that covers the whole semester.

What’s included in the fee?

• Performance and rehearsal materials (script, music, etc.)

• ONE ticket to the class show per child

• Costume pieces

• Many memory making moments!

What’s not included in the fee?

• Standard Costume Basics: usually black/brown dress pants/leggings/skirts and undershirts/tank tops.

• Dance shoes

• Tickets to the show for additional family and friends

When and Where are the classes?

Classes are Mondays, 5-6pm starting January 30th until May 8th.

PERFORMANCE DATE is currently scheduled for Monday, May 8th.

All classes take place at our studio in Downtown Attalla on 5th Ave.
