Students will learn the process from audition to performance, and develop rehearsal techniques and professional theatre etiquette. Instruction will include developing skills in singing, dancing, and acting. Your child will learn to develop their speech, how to use eye contact, body language and the joy of storytelling using their body and their voice. Confidence and communication will grow as they work within an ensemble to create a magical world of their own. 

Through fun-filled activities, improv games, and scene work, students will learn the fundamental techniques that will ignite their passion for the stage. Our experienced instructors will guide students in developing essential acting skills such as voice projection, character creation, and emotional expression. Students will learn about the performance elements for theatre including dance, acting, and singing. All students will participate in an short production at the end of the semester.

This class is designed for young actors between the ages of 12 and 15 who have already gained some experience and basic knowledge in the world of theatre. Whether they have taken a beginner-level class, have participated in school productions, or been involved with our program previously, this course will help you take your theatrical skills to the next level.
